Robin Lane is extraordinary! She led us through the selling process here in Naples step by step. Her communication was stellar. She impressed upon us the importance of knowing our market. And because of that, the first offer was $100 over asking price. It’s crazy but a back up offer was on the table within days. We ended up closing for $10k over asking!
