Robin Lane is an exceptional realtor! She worked diligently with my wife and I, viewing several homes and communities in Naples. Together, we zeroed in on our most important likes and dislikes. There weren’t many homes that featured our #1 like, which was a spectacular lake view, in a community, that was in our price range. Robin was working on our behalf even when the market was lacking in supply. She began using her many connections and got word of a home just about to come on the market. The house checked all of our boxes and we were able to make an offer before it went public, which is very rare. Robin Lane is extraordinary! She led us through the selling process here in Naples step by step. Her communication was stellar. She impressed upon us the importance of knowing our market. And because of that, the first offer was $100 over asking price. It’s crazy but a back up offer was on the table within days. We ended up closing for $10k over asking! Robin is vested in what is best for her client(s) and we walked away being blessed because of her professionalism, tenacity, and her heart for people.
